Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our high-volume gastro lounge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing upscale, high-traffic dining establishments and will be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, fostering a positive team environment, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, ensuring high morale and productivity.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
Manage the restaurant’s budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
